for any concerned about my musical well-being, don't be. in my indulgent self-pity, i neglected to mention that i had one and a half (i played on luke's set saturday night) really great, nearly sold out shows in salt lake this weekend. Thanks to the kind invitation of emily hope price, luke and i each got to play solo sets at avenues yoga. it was so fun and of course, always inspiring to see emily play.
her family lives in logan too, so we spent the latter hour of easter night concocting this. who says i won't catch up? isn't emily's voice incredible?

Wow. Great! I love the subtle harmonies, especially on "shoulders of grey," mostly because the last note hesitates for a second and I couldn't tell if it was going to end up as a major interval or not. Beautiful.
